SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

WHEN WILL MY ORDERS BE PROCESSED?

  • For Cash on Delivery, order will be processed as soon as the order has been placed.
  • For Credit and Debit cards, we will process your order once payment has been confirmed.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Metro Manila and will be sent to customers via our partner courier.

We ship nationwide, but not internationally, at the moment.

Standard delivery times

Delivery times are estimated and to be used as a guide only, commencing from the date of dispatch.

We are making every effort to deliver your orders within a day or up to 10 days because we may encounter delays caused by the following:

  • Peak season, sale event, and regular/special holidays
  • Incomplete indicated customer delivery address or if nobody receives the order
  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as natural calamities, inclement weather, and other similar situations.

Delays may be also be encountered as there are areas with strict community quarantine protocols.

    WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

    • Shipping rates may vary depending on volume of your order as well as the shipping location distance.
    • Shipping fee starts at ₱80 for Metro Manila and ₱180 for provincial addresses. Shipping costs vary and are computed upon checkout.

     

    WHAT HAPPEN IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
